SHIPPING POLICY
ALL Orders are dispatched "With Love"
We use several delivery services, ALL are tracked and insured for your convenience.
We can only ship to confirmed delivery address via Paypal. If you require your items being shipped to a different address this request MUST be done via a covering email.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted using the following process.
All items must be returned in there original condition, unworn with all tags remaining. this must be done within 7 days of your delivery date. No returns can be accepted after this time.
Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
